Who was Kenneth Hall?
Kenneth Hall was a long-time member of the Northwest Ohio Chapter and activist for the NAHU mission. Kenneth had a passion for the insurance industry and believed in doing what was right for his customer and the industry he loved. He studied his craft and to his dying day he could tell you about the ACA or anything about the financial or life insurance industry. He was as loyal to the insurance industry as he was devoted to his wife and family.
About The Scholarship
We believe that once an individual has experienced the annual NAHU Capitol Conference, that individual gains a better understanding of who we are, what we do and why, and most importantly, takes an active interest in activities of NAHU. To honor Kenneth and his lifetime commitment to our Association and Industry, we started the Kenneth Hall Scholarship in 2013. Click here to view the 2021/2022 scholarship application.
Our purpose is to provide funding for a first-time attendee for the annual National Association of Health Underwriters (“NAHU”) Capitol Conference. Funding will include conference fee up to the early bird registration amount, travel expense to and from the conference (certain limits apply), and ½ of the hotel expense consistent with the Northwest Ohio Health Underwriter’s (“NWOAHU”) Reimbursement Policy.
The scholarship is 100% funded by your donations. The cost to send a member to Capital Conference is about $1500. Please consider a donation today! Any amount is greatly appreciated.
